Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins’ new film to be sold in a promising movie market called “Fly”.
Hopkins, 83, has had a celebrated career and has won two Oscars and two Emmys, starring in notable films like The Silence of the Lambs, The Elephant Man, the Thor franchise and The Father.
The new feature film is titled “Zero Contact” and It was produced by independent film production and financing company Enderby Entertainment.
According to Enderby, the history follow to five characters from around the world “connected uniquely by their devotion to the tech titan Finley Hart (Hopkins)”.
The five characters discover a secret invention of the technological titan and collaborate to deactivate itas it provides “the solution to the problems of humanity or the end of life on Earth”.
Zero Contact occurred remotely in 17 different territories during the first waves of the 2020 global pandemic, and the production relied heavily on using Zoom to shoot the scenes.. The script is by Cam Cannon and is scheduled to premiere on Vuele between late July and early August.
“Everything surrounding this film is unconventional, from the Zoom shooting and remote production to distribution,” said Enderby producer / director Rick Dugdale.

The distribution of the film will consist of up to 5 NFT releases on Vuele, and “will include the film, plus extras yet to be determined that they would vary from token to token to create different price points. “
Dugdale notes that Enderby chose to release the film through NFT because the underlying technology allows the company to create “verifiable shortages in copies of the film., and protects against piracy. “
The Vuele market the center in film distribution, and platform users can buy content in cryptocurrencies or fiat money. Zero Contact appears to be the only project announced at the moment, and the firm has not specified what blockchain the market is built on. The Vuele website states:
