Emmy Awards 2021: Schedule, Where to See, and Full List of Nominees

This September 19 there will be a new edition of the Emmy Awards. Next Sunday, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences will reward the most talented stars and the best works broadcast from June 2020 to May 2021.

This year, the Emmys will be hosted by the comedian Cedric the Entertainer and broadcast live from the Microsoft Theatre from Los Angeles, California. Unlike the 2020 Emmys, these festivities will include a limited audience of in-person nominees.

The series with the most nominations are “The Crown” y “The Mandalorian”, with 24 each. They are followed by “Scarlet Witch and Vision” with 23, and “The Handmaid’s Tale” with 21, “Ted Lasso” with 20, “Lovecraft Country” with 18, “Lady’s Gambit” with 18 and “Mare of Easttown” with 16.

As for the platforms and producers, HBO/HBO Max received 130 nominations in total, Netflix 129, Disney + 71, NBC 46 and Apple TV + 34.

Ted Lasso, Scarlet Witch and Vision, and Lovecraft Country are 3 of the series with the most nominations for the 2021 Emmy Awards.
